\nThe seminars will offer multiple benefits to you and your baby, providing valuable advice before you give birth, so that you can choose what is best for you and your newborn.<\/p>\n

During these seminars you will be informed about<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0different ways and their benefits\u00a0 of feeding your baby
\n\u2022\u00a0preparing your breasts for breastfeeding
\n\u2022\u00a0the proper breastfeeding techniques to ensure adequate breast milk production
\n\u2022\u00a0the number of meals a newborn should receive every 24 hours
\n\u2022\u00a0the prevention of possible problems during breastfeeding
\n\u2022\u00a0the mother\u2019s nutrition
\n\u2022\u00a0basic information for your newborn\u2019s care.<\/p>\n

You will also have the chance to answer any queries you may have and receive answers on breastfeeding issues.<\/p>\n

The seminars take place in the \u201cN. Louros\u201d Conference Center, located at the ground floor of MITERA Hospital.<\/p>\n
